Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. We don't currently ship to other countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Netherlands: €4.95 | Belgium: €5.95 | Orders over €149: Free. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Every shirt is printed after you order — we don't hold stock. Production takes 5–7 business days. Delivery after shipping takes 2–4 business days (NL/BE). Total from order to doorstep: 7–11 business days.

Delivery in the Netherlands is typically handled by PostNL, and in Belgium by bpost. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Payment methods

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Returns & Exchanges

Why we don't offer standard returns

Each shirt is printed to order specifically for you. The design is applied to the fabric using DTG printing after you place your order, making every item unique to that purchase. Because of this, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) — which exempts goods made to a consumer's specifications.

If you're unsure about sizing, check the size guide on the product page before ordering. It includes garment measurements so you can compare with a shirt you already own.

Defective or damaged products

If your shirt arrives with a production defect or was damaged during transport, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hey@vivelaflex.com with your order number, a photo of the defect, and a brief description. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Size exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We handle size exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to hey@vivelaflex.com and we'll do our best to help.

Statutory guarantee

All products are covered by the statutory guarantee under Dutch and European consumer law. Your shirt must conform to what you can reasonably expect in terms of quality and durability. If a manufacturing defect shows up during normal use, contact us and we'll find a solution.

How to report an issue

Email hey@vivelaflex.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo. We respond within 24 hours on business days. If approved, we arrange a replacement or refund within 14 days.
